Deluxe Corp.

        Known for their creation of the checkbook over a century ago, Deluxe has grown to help businesses both large and small, and hundreds of banks. So when Deluxe asked MONO for a new brand identity the task was to create something bold, modern, and fresh, that would set them up for another successful century helping business thrive.
        I worked with a team of four designers, each of us building our own distinct directions. What you see below is my final proposed direction. As part of my direction I crafted a new wordmark that features a playful mix of upper and lowercase letters. The unique X glyph became the foundation of a large library of textures and patterns.
