HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams is known for their high quality paint. Combine that with their Color Collections, designer-inspired palettes of colors that go together in any combination, and you have a brand that is a favorite among interior design enthusiasts and DIYers alike. I had the privilege to work on evolving and modernizing the entire brand identity (with the exception of the logo). The Identity is centered on the dark navy blue color. Chosen so the darkness would not clash with the many paint colors featured on the site. The dark blue is paired with copper and warm tones, adding a level of sophistication that matches the quality of their paint.

A major part of the rebrand was redesigning and reorganizing the website. The entire site is built on components that are all shared among the larger brand portfolio. This meant that I worked closely with the designer creating the new experience as we designed components that shared an underlying content structure, but were reskinned to match the brand identity for each site. I also had a lot of fun designing a new system of icons that are used on the site and across brand communications.
