MONO ID is an internal initiative to signal MONO’s commitment to creating an open-minded, safe to be but also safe to challenge, highly functional and inclusive culture for every current and future employee—specifically around the issues of inclusion and diversity. The initiative required a distinct identity for internal and external communications. The identity needed to be separate from MONO’s own identity, but in the same family. To kick off the initiative each individual at the agency got a small handbook on their desk explaining the basics of MONO ID, with resources and outlined ways to contribute.

Each booklet is made unique because at the center spread is a headshot from a MONOite. When the booklets were distributed to everyone at the agency each person got a random headshot featured In their book, suprising everyone with a different MONOite.
